The TF should develop a proposed set of rules and regulations for the governance of the European Higher Education Area (“EHEA”) and its bodies, in particular the BFUG, the BFUG Board and the Secretariat, working groups and similar for its final adoption by the BFUG before the Ministerial conference in 2024 including any necessary text to be reflected in the ministers’ communique.
