Good practice
    • Conference participation free of charge (participants may, however, be asked to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses)
    • Open to participants from all Bologna countries and to interested parties from other parts of the world.
    • A rapporteur is appointed to prepare a conference report.
    • The conclusions and recommendations of the seminar are presented at the end of the seminar and are approved by the participants.
    • The Bologna Secretariat assists with distributing the invitation as well as the results of the seminar to the Bologna Follow-up Group (BFUG), the BFUG partners and interested parties across the world.
    • If the BFUG considers a recommendation useful for further policy development, it could highlight it and propose to include it in the next Communiqué.
